Firedancer is pleased to offer our on-line PCQI training. This training is focused on helping exporters, importers, storage/transport companies & roasters achieve compliance with food safety rules & regulations, which includes having your food safety plan written and administered by a Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI). At the end of the course, you will receive your Certificate of Completion, proof that you are a PCQI.

Our program is delivered live using the Zoom platform; without the time away from your roaster and without the travel expense. Class is delivered on-line with a live instructor; 7 modules in total, 12+ total hours. Offered in two formats, once a week, four weeks total, 3 hours each session, or the whole course over the course of two days back to back. The course includes templates to assist in creating your own food safety plan and we will show you how to tailor them to fit your unique organization and products.
