The Coffee Skills Program, created by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), comprises six unique modules: Introduction to Coffee, Barista Skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting, and Sensory Skills. Each module is available at Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional levels. Firedancer Educators offers all these coffee education programs and levels, providing comprehensive knowledge for every stage of your career in the United States.
